K-Pop idols often are given access to fashion before it hits stores, meaning they get looks that are straight off of the runway or custom only for them. This recently happened with BLACKPINK‘s Jennie, who received a custom outfit from designer brand Chanel.

Aespa‘s Karina and S.E.S‘s Bada also were able to wear the same “exclusive” to the runway dress, with an unexpected twist!
Bada’s group S.E.S was part of K-Pop’s first generation and made their debut in 1997 under SM Entertainment. The three-member group were called the female version of H.O.T, and saw massive success before disbanding in 2002.
One of their most popular songs, “Dreams Come True” was recently re-released by aespa!
The dress that Karina and Bada wore was one from designer Kwak Hyun Joo‘s SS23 collection that was debuted during Seoul Fashion Week.
The interesting twist in this twinning moment is that Bada was the original model for the dress!
Bada walked the runway at the event and stunned netizens with her beauty and physique at 42-years-old!
Karina wore the dress for the 2022 SBS Gayo Daejeon red carpet, where she left netizens in awe of her visuals.
Unlike Bada, Karina did not wear any sort of headpiece and instead wore her hair in a low ponytail. She also wore a pair of regular heels instead of boots.
Both of these queens rocked the look, but do you have a style you prefer?
